 Inter District Teacher Transfers 2025: Complete User Guide

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced a streamlined process for Inter-District Transfers for teachers in 2025. This process allows teachers to transfer to their preferred districts either on spouse grounds or mutual basis through the LEAP App.

Key Points Before Applying

• Review the module and prepare all required documents.

• Document templates are available in the LEAP App.

• Upload the duly filled and signed documents in the app.

• For mutual transfers, both teachers must hold the same designation.

• Follow the Government Orders (G.O.) and official proceedings strictly.

How to Apply for Inter-District Transfers 2025

Step 1: Login

• Use your existing credentials to log in to the LEAP App.

Step 2: Access Teacher Services

• Select the “Teacher” bucket from the homepage.

• Click on Teacher Services.

Step 3: Select Inter-District Transfers

• Scroll down and click the Inter-District Transfers (IDT) icon.

Fill in Details & Upload Documents

• Most fields will be auto-filled. Verify and correct details in the Teacher Information System (TIS) if needed.

• Two manual fields: Desired District Selection and Local Status.

Choose Transfer Type

1. Spouse Grounds Transfer

   • If spouse works within the Education Department, enter their Employee ID.

   • If spouse works outside the department, enter details and upload certificates.

   Required Documents:

   • Service Certificate

   • Spouse Declaration & Certificate

   • No Dues & No Disciplinary Cases Certificate

2. Mutual Transfer

   • Enter the Employee ID of the mutual partner.

   • Upload:

     • Service Certificate

     • Mutual Consent Certificate

     • No Dues & No Disciplinary Cases Certificate

Finally, tick the declaration checkbox and submit your application.
