  TIS Data Updation  for All Teachers

Attention all School Headmasters, Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs), and Deputy Educational Officers (DyEOs)!

The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, has issued a critical mandate for the Teacher Information System (TIS) updation. To ensure seamless administrative processes, including future transfers and promotions, every staff member—Teaching & Non-Teaching (Regular, Contract, and Outsourcing)—must verify and update their profiles immediately.

📋Key Fields for Verification

Most data is pre-populated from previous records, but the following 10 core fields must be personally verified for 100% accuracy:

1. Personal Details: Name, Aadhar, and contact info.

2. Appointment Nature: Verification of Regular/Contract/Outsourcing status.

3. Initial Management: Details of the first management joined.

4. Inter-Management: Any shifts between different management types.

5. Aided Absorption: Details for staff absorbed from aided sectors.

6. Present Designation: Current working post/cadre.

7. Qualifications: All academic and professional degrees.

8. TET Details: Validating Teacher Eligibility Test scores and hall tickets.

9. 10th Class Handling: Specific subject details for high school teachers.

10. Transfer History: Comprehensive list of transfers (Current station is also treated as a transfer entry).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Every employee MUST upload a recent passport-size photograph in their profile.

 How to Login

Accessing the portal is simple. Use the same credentials you use for the Facial Recognition Attendance App:

• User ID: Your Treasury ID / HRMS ID

• Password: Your Facial Recognition App Password

• Portal: cse.ap.gov.in

 Headmaster's Responsibility

Once an employee confirms their details in their personal login, the Headmaster (at School level) or MEO/DyEO (at Mandal/Divisional level) must log in to their respective institutional accounts to Confirm & Freeze the data. Profiles will not be considered "Updated" until final confirmation is completed by the authority.
