1. Maintenance Grant: Rs. 15,000/-

  • Toilet maintenance, building roof leakage repairs, painting, and whitewashing.
  • Maintenance of existing school complex assets and educational equipment.

2. Grant of TLE / TLM: Rs. 20,000/-

Dedicated to supporting effective classroom teaching and learning resources:

  • Procurement of reference books, school library books, magazines, and newspapers.
  • Preparation and purchase of Teaching Learning Material (TLM).
  • Lab consumables, science kits, and equipment.

3. Meeting & Travel Grant (TA): Rs. 15,000/-

Provides institutional support for cluster-level monitoring visits and meetings:

  • CRMT Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 40/- per school visit (with a mandatory minimum of 10 school visits per month).
  • Cluster Headmaster Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 80/- per school visit (ensuring all schools in the cluster are covered every month).
  • Miscellaneous complex meeting arrangements.

4. Contingent Grant: Rs. 15,000/-

Covers recurring administrative and office-running expenses:

  • Office stationery, postage, printing, and postal dispatch charges.
  • Telephone, broadband, electricity, and sanitation/cleaning expenses.
  • Transportation charges for TLM kits, SRKVM, and materials.
  • Purchase of essential office furniture or basic equipment.

Cluster School Heads and Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) must adhere to strict financial discipline:

  • Cash Book Entries: All sanctioned amounts and day-to-day expenditures must be recorded promptly.
  • Vouchers & Utilization Certificates: Original bills, receipts, and stamped UCs must be maintained in voucher files.
  • Stock Register: All consumable and non-consumable goods purchased must be entered into the stock register.
  • Ledgers & Bank Statements: Passbooks, cheque books, and bank statement reconciliations must be updated regularly.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Expenditures must directly correspond to school visits, teacher capacity-building programmes, and instructional hours.
  • PRABANDH Upload: Estimates and actual bills must be uploaded in the state tracking app and PRABANDH web portal.
