AP MLC Teachers Voter Registration: Apply and Track Online

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Andhra Pradesh, provides a streamlined online portal for eligible educators across the state to enroll in the Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Teachers Constituency electoral roll.

Exercising your franchise in the MLC elections is an essential right for educators to ensure effective representation in the state legislature. Eligible teachers can complete their fresh enrollment and verify their voter status entirely online without visiting administrative offices in person.

Who Is Eligible?

To register under the Teachers Constituency, an applicant must:

• Be an ordinary resident of the respective Teachers Constituency in Andhra Pradesh.

• Have been engaged for at least three years within the preceding six years in teaching across qualifying educational institutions (secondary schools, colleges, or higher secondary institutions recognized by the state/central boards).

1. How to Register Online

Eligible teachers can submit their enrollment application directly via the official CEO portal:

2. Generate an OTP using your registered mobile number to access the portal.

3. Fill in personal and service details, select your respective assembly and council constituency, and upload the required service verification certificate/Form 19 documents.

4. Submit the form and securely save the generated Application Reference ID for future correspondence.

2. How to Track Your Application Status

Once submitted, your application undergoes official verification by the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) or designated field authorities. You can monitor the progress of your application in real time:

2. Enter your Application Reference Number or required voter credentials.

3. View the live status (Pending, Field Verification, Approved, or Rejected) directly on screen.

Ensure all uploaded service certificates are signed by the competent authority to prevent delays during verification. Eligible teachers are encouraged to complete their enrollment early to verify their entry in the draft and final electoral rolls before upcoming election schedules.
