Congratulations to all the candidates who have been selected as teachers through DSC 2025! 🎉
Once you join as a government employee, there are several essential application forms and certificates that must be completed and submitted through your respective DDOs (Drawing and Disbursing Officers) to the concerned authorities.

These documents are crucial to ensure that your salary, benefits, and service records are properly initiated and maintained.
Here is a step-by-step guide to all the required certificates and post-selection formalities 👇

1. HRMS ID / CFMS ID Application Form

Every government employee receives their salary through the State Treasury Department. To facilitate this:

• The Treasury Department assigns each employee a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) ID and Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) ID.

• Salary is disbursed only through this ID, making it a mandatory requirement.

• New employees must fill out the CFMS/HRMS ID Application Form, attaching the following documents:

  • Appointment Proceedings (Scanned Copy)

  • Bank Passbook (Signature Page)

  • Aadhaar Card Copy

  • PAN Card Copy

  • SSC Certificate

👉 Once submitted, these IDs will be generated and used for all future salary and service-related transactions.

2. PRAN Number – Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS)

During salary processing, the government deducts certain amounts from each employee’s salary. One of the most important deductions is for CPS (Contributory Pension Scheme).

• PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number) is essential for retirement benefits under CPS.

• It is also required to apply for loans against CPS savings.

• To get a PRAN number, employees must apply through their DDO.

• The application is forwarded to the Treasury Office, which then sends it to the PRAN Authority.

• Once processed, the PRAN Number will be allotted.

👉 This is a mandatory step for all new DSC 2025 teachers to secure future pension benefits.

3. Attestation Form & Background Verification

Government employees become part of the government system, and therefore, a detailed background check is required.

• This is done through the Intelligence Department, and the application is called the Attestation Form.

• Along with this form, you must attach three attested sets of your educational certificates:

  • SSC, Intermediate, Degree, B.Ed/D.Ed, PG, etc.

• The number of sets depends on your study locations:

  • Same district → 3 sets

  • Two districts → 6 sets

  • Three districts → 9 sets

👉 The form moves from the DDO to the DEO office, then to the SP Office. Intelligence officials will verify your details by visiting your home and the local police station. Based on their report, the Antecedents Verification Certificate will be issued.
👉 This certificate is mandatory for applying for Service Regularization.

4. Service Register (SR)

The Service Register (SR) is a critical document that records an employee’s personal, professional, and financial details from the date of joining until retirement — and even after.

Every teacher must submit their SR to their respective authority:

• SGT (Secondary Grade Teacher) → MEO (Mandal Education Officer)

• SA (School Assistant) → GHM (Headmaster)

• TGT / PGT → Principal

👉 All the above forms, certificates, and your SR must be submitted properly to your DDO.
👉 Your HRMS/CFMS ID must be generated before you start receiving your salary.
👉 The process of generating HRMS ID and PRAN typically takes about one month, so new teachers should prepare accordingly.

5. Physical Fitness & Health Certificate

All DSC 2025 selected candidates must also submit a Physical Fitness and Health Certificate issued by an authorized medical officer. It includes:

• Height, Weight, Chest Measurements

• Vision Check & General Appearance

• Outdoor Fitness Verification

• Personal Marks of Identification

This ensures that the candidate is medically fit for government service.
