• Organize logistics — power supply, seating, biometric setups, and student coordination.

• Maintain attendance registers for all students who complete the update.

3. Role of GSWS Department:

• Deploy trained Aadhaar Operators with biometric kits.

• Handle technical setup, data entry, and on-site processing.

• Stay present throughout the 8-day duration.

• Coordinate with Headmasters and Ward Education Data Processing Supervisors (WEDPS).
