Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmaster (HM)

Before the Meeting

✔ Identify suitable school with infrastructure

✔ Ensure digital tools (IFPs, network) are functioning

✔ Share agenda & session plan with RPs

✔ Arrange seating, drinking water & sanitation

✔ Close Mid-Day Meal by 11:45 AM

✔ Inform parents about half-day school (9 AM–12 PM)

✔ Ensure teachers report by 1:00 PM

✔ Ensure 100% teacher attendance

✔ Mark facial recognition attendance at 1 PM & 5 PM

✔ Monitor session flow as per schedule
