Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmasters

The Cluster HM must ensure:

  • 100% teacher attendance

  • Digital infrastructure readiness

  • Identification of 7 Subject School Assistants

  • 2 Senior SGT Facilitators

  • Internet & IFP functionality

  • Parent intimation for half-day school

  • Monitoring format submission

  • Feedback form collection

  • No union/service discussions

  • No felicitation or personal events


Strict “Don’ts” in Cluster Meetings

  • No transfers or promotion celebrations

  • No union discussions

  • No personal parties

  • No service matter debates

  • No leave except medical emergency
