Context and Sanctioned Strength
The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Sri Vijay Rama Raju.V., I.A.S., has issued detailed proceedings under Rc.No. ESE02-13024/7/2025-EST 3-CSE, Dated: 02-12-2025. These proceedings grant permission for the engagement of a total of **1,146 Academic Instructors** across Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Praja Parishad, Municipality, and Municipal Corporation schools for the academic year 2025-26. This decision follows the government memo (Memo. No.3037905/Services.II/A1/2025 SE Dept Dt.01.12.2025).

Service Tenure and Financial Details
Tenure and Temporary Status
The service engagement is **purely temporary** and will be for a fixed period of **five (5) months**.
- **Engagement Period:** The Academic Instructors shall be engaged from **08.12.2025** to **07.05.2026**.
- **Automatic Termination:** The services of all engaged instructors **shall automatically cease from 08.05.2026** without any requirement for further notification or order.
Expenditure and Honorarium Disbursement
The total budget for this engagement is sanctioned at **₹8,21,40,000/- (Rupees Eight Crores Twenty-One Lakhs Forty Thousand Only)**. This required expenditure will be met from the **Samagra Shiksha funds** under the appropriate intervention head.
Payment Protocol:
- **Bank Account Requirement:** All selected Academic Instructors must open an account in any nationalized bank and submit the account details (name and number) to the concerned Mandal Educational Officer (MEO).
- **Mode of Payment:** The honorarium will be paid strictly as per the rules by crediting the amount **directly into their bank accounts through online mode**.
- **No Direct Cash Payment** is permitted.
Recruitment and Administrative Procedures
Selection Timeline and Communication
- **Completion Deadline:** District Educational Officers (DEOs) are instructed to ensure that the entire process of engaging Academic Instructors is completed by **07.12.2025**.
- **Posting Communication:** The final list of selected candidates, upon approval by the District Collector, must be communicated immediately to the respective School Management Committees (SMCs) via the concerned MEOs for immediate posting and joining.
- **Joining Date:** All instructors must join on **08.12.2025**.
Attendance and Honorarium Disbursement Cycle
To ensure timely payment, the following monthly cycle must be adhered to:
MEOs must submit the attendance details of the Academic Instructors to the APC, Samagra Shiksha offices by the **2nd of every month without fail**. Strict action will be initiated against any MEO failing to meet this deadline.
The honorarium will then be transferred from the APC, Samagra Shiksha Office directly to the bank accounts of the Academic Instructors by every month, based on the submitted attendance records.
