Essential Instructions for Mid-Day Meal Provision to Participants

Meal Eligibility

Mid-Day Meals (PM POSHAN) must be provided to **ALL** participants of the Mega PTM 3.0 on December 5, 2025.

  • Students
  • Parents / Guardians
  • SMC Members
  • Donors / Invitees

Mandatory LEAP App Entry

Head Masters must accurately enter the following details into the **LEAP App (PTM Module)** for the event:

  • Total Number of participants attended.
  • Total Number of meals served.
  • This data confirms the Cooking Cost Bill.

Food Quality & Readiness

Ensure the Mid-Day Meal is prepared and ready at the school premises well **before lunchtime** to facilitate smooth service to the large number of attendees.

Note: Strict compliance on food safety and hygiene is required.

Toilets & Hygiene

Head Masters must ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of school toilets. Required materials must be available:

  • Toilet maintenance kits & Cleaning chemicals.
  • Adequate water supply for sanitation.
  • Sanitary napkins stock (as applicable).
