This initiative is part of the Supporting Andhra’s Learning Transformation (SALT) Programme, aiming to strengthen institutional capacity, improve school governance, and enhance student learning outcomes across the state.

Objective of SIP–LAP
The SIP–LAP initiative is designed to:
Strengthen school accountability
Improve academic performance
Enhance leadership competencies
Promote community participation
Address infrastructure and equity gaps
Improve student learning outcomes
This project serves as a post-training action mechanism for school heads who completed leadership training and social audit.
Implementation Structure
The programme will be executed entirely through the DIKSHA digital platform to ensure systematic planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Participation Status
Out of 24,000 trained School Heads across Andhra Pradesh, only 2,452 have initiated SIP–LAP so far. The department expects full participation and completion by all trained heads.
Timeline & Monitoring Tracker
Weekly progress updates must be submitted through a structured reporting system from HM → CHM → MEO → AMO → DEO → SIEMAT.
This ensures strong digital governance and accountability.
