📢 AP Teachers TNA Survey 2026 – Year 4 Phase-2 & Year 5

The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, through proceedings Rc.No.ESE02-11/316/2026-SCERT dated 10-09-2026, has issued instructions for conducting the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Survey for teachers for TNA Year 4 Phase-2 and TNA Year 5.

The survey is being conducted under the AP-SALT Project with the objective of understanding teachers' professional development interests, experiences, challenges and support requirements. The information collected through the survey will support the prioritisation and development of suitable teacher professional development courses.

🔹 What is TNA Year 4 Phase-2?

The second phase of TNA Year 4 is being extended to all teachers in the state. Teachers will be provided with proposed professional development course options and will be asked to indicate their interests and preferences. These preferences will help in prioritising courses for further development and implementation.

The course options have been identified based on the findings of the first phase of TNA and available Classroom-Based Assessment (CBA) evidence.

🔹 What is TNA Year 5?

TNA Year 5 focuses on teachers' experiences, challenges and support needs related to the implementation and use of new textbooks, Teacher Handbooks, assessments and Value Education resources.

The Year 4 Phase-2 and Year 5 surveys will be administered together to make access and participation easier for teachers.
