Cluster Complex Meeting – September 2025

The School Education Department, SCERT Andhra Pradesh, has announced the Cluster Complex Meeting for September 2025. The meeting will be conducted across all clusters on Saturday, 20th September 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

This meeting is aimed at strengthening teacher collaboration, academic planning, assessment review, and digital learning practices. All teachers from Government, Aided, KGBV, and Residential Schools are required to attend without fail.

Key Highlights of Cluster Complex Meeting – September 2025

Date & Time: 20.09.2025 (Saturday), 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Venue: Respective Cluster Complex Centers
Participants: All Teachers of Govt., Aided, KGBV, and Residential Schools

Agenda Includes:

• Opening remarks by SCERT & SPD officials

• Review of FA-I examinations and remediation for C & D grade students

• FA-II assessment tools and usage of assessment booklets

• Completion of syllabus up to September 2025

• Model lessons on difficult concepts (Subject-wise sessions)

• Peer group discussions on teaching strategies & learning outcomes

• Planning for FA-II exams & Holistic Progress Card (HPC)

• Interaction with Samagra Shiksha & SCERT officials

• Feedback & post-training evaluation

Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmasters

• Ensure 100% teacher attendance and digital readiness

• Arrange IFPs, internet, seating, and sanitation facilities

• Facilitate smooth session flow and monitor participation

• Submit feedback forms and monitoring formats

• Inform parents in advance regarding Half-Day School (9 AM – 12 PM) on the meeting day

• No felicitation events (transfers, promotions, birthdays)

• No personal gatherings or sightseeing

• No discussions on service matters or union activities
