Mandatory Observation Checklist for Official School Visits
When officials visit your school, they will strictly assess the following points:
Student Group Placement Clarity:
The teacher must be explicitly aware of which category (SKY/MOUNTAIN/STREAM) each student belongs to.
Subject-wise student grouping records must be readily available at the school.
Daily Action Plan Documentation:
The Daily Action Plan scheduled for the day of the visit must be mandatorily recorded in the teacher's notebook.
75-Day Action Plan Availability:
A printed copy of the entire 75-day Action Plan must be available with every teacher.
Student Work Documentation:
Students must possess the notes and/or work corresponding to the 75-day Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) plan.
Focus on STREAM and MOUNTAIN Students (Targeted Intervention):
Detailed records regarding the day-wise plan and note-taking monitoring for the STREAM and MOUNTAIN students must be available for review.
